Gluten Free Cookies

Our Master Baker tweaked our award winning cookie dough recipes using rice flour and arrived at the best tasting gluten free cookies we have found. These are all sold as pre-portioned frozen pucks that are simply placed on a sheet pan and go right into the oven. You will not believe that gluten free can taste so good. All flavors have been tested at the University of Nebraska Food Allergy Center and found to contain less than 5 parts per million gluten which meets the standards of the Celiac Sprue Association.

These gluten free cookies are available in both a food service pack and individual retail boxes.
