Capabilities

Pizzas: We presently top all varieties of pizzas with your choice of crusts and can do all sizes from minis to 14" larges. Additionally we are able to do Ciabatta Bread and French bread pizzas. Recently we added Gluten Free pizzas to our mix in three crust sizes.

Garlic Bread: All of our garlic bread products start with a fresh loaf of Rotella's Italian Bakery bread. We then slice it to our client's specified width and top with the required amount of garlic margarine topping.

Individually Wrapped Breads: DI offers individual wrapping for virtually all the 400 or so products produced at Rotella's. The I/W wrapped rolls, sliced breads, ciabatta breads, and bread sticks are exploding with the renewed concerns about food handling safety.

Cookie Dough: We currently produce eight varieties of cookie dough packaged in 3 pound tubs, pre-portioned pucks, or 10 oz. portions for giant pizza sized cookies. DI has recently added great tasting Gluten Free cookie dough to our product list.

Specialty Items: DI is a perfect resource for many items that require a contract manufacturer. Our present list of items includes individually wrapped tacos, individually wrapped texas toast and retail packaged dog treats. Bring us your great new product idea and we will find a way to get it done for you.

Fund Raising: DI produces a frozen food fundraising brochure for our sister company, Deli International. All of our fundraising products are available to you for your custom brochure or we can make a brochure available for you.

Third Party Inspections: DI is a USDA facility, has obtained the Celiac Sprue Association Recogniton Seal, and is annually inspected by AIB International.
